The invoice closes itself
the moment the money lands.
RemindLedger™ issues invoices that are born paid: the invoice only exists once the bank confirms the money (Invoice-On-Payment™). No receivable, so nothing to chase. Bank balances, payables, payroll and books sit in one operating layer around that. Every critical decision fits in one button.
In production since 2023. Private beta open for US & Canada.
The billing philosophy
What is Invoice-On-Payment?
Not collections software. Not accounting. Not banking. It's the end of the receivable.
For as long as anyone has billed, the order has been the same: issue the invoice, then wait. The receivable is born the instant you send it - and everything that follows exists only to undo something you created on purpose. The reminder. The aging report. The collections call. The discount to get paid sooner. The write-off. An entire industry sells you better tools for chasing money you already decided to lend.
Invoice-On-Payment™ inverts the order. The invoice is issued only once the bank confirms the money: born paid. There is no receivable, so there is nothing to age, chase, discount or write off. Your books close themselves, because every entry is backed by a settled bank transaction instead of a promise.
On top of that mechanism runs an AI layer: AI Senior watches your balances, payments, payables and payroll and brings you proposals - accept, postpone or reject - and AI Junior answers questions about the numbers in plain English. It reasons over money the bank already confirmed, which is data no forecasting tool has. Useful, and entirely optional: turn it off and your invoices are still born paid.
The cash trinity
For invoices to be born paid, connecting to one source isn't enough. Three realities of your money live separately - and we have to unite them into a single operational truth.
The money you have
Your bank account, live. Not the version your accounting app copied 6 hours ago - the actual balance, right now.
The money you're about to pay
Monday payroll, rent, vendors. Lives in your ERP and payroll system. We read it, we don't move it.
The money you're owed
Your open invoices, promise-to-pays, disputes. Our own ledger - not a sync-copy of your accounting system.
The trick is uniting the three. When the system knows what you have, what you owe, and what you're owed - at the same time - you don't need to guess anymore. The critical moment becomes visible before it hits.
And when the moment comes, the button is already there: invoice, collect, advance capital, adjust. Without opening 5 apps. Without calling your bookkeeper. One single click.
Invoice-On-Payment™
Our signature methodology. The fiscal invoice is only issued after the bank confirms the payment - eliminating manual reconciliation, credit notes, and tax adjustments. It works for any business that bills, whatever the industry.

We eat our own dog food. Every dollar that flows through our own books goes through the same Invoice-On-Payment™ pipeline our customers use.
How it works
Three steps from bank connection to reconciled invoice.

Each confirmed deposit is resolved to the invoice that funded it - automatically. Exceptions surface in seconds for human review.
Your accounting system stays current

They automate the chase. We remove it.
Bill.com and Chaser are built to chase unpaid invoices — one holds your money while it does, the other charges enterprise prices to do it. RemindLedger removes the unpaid invoice entirely. Nothing to chase. Nothing to hold.

Vertical add-ons
Does your industry bill by milestone or installment?
Invoice-On-Payment™ is the product - it works for any business that bills. If your billing model runs on milestones or installments, two optional add-ons extend it. If not, you never see them.
Contract-On-Trigger™
The contract that bills itself.
Sign once upfront. Each milestone you mark complete auto-issues a billing notice; Invoice-On-Payment™ closes it the moment the customer pays. The contract becomes your dispute evidence - the workflow becomes your cash flow.
Delivery-On-Payment™
Installment plans that run themselves.
The customer pays in installments and every payment is bank-verified by Invoice-On-Payment™. When the plan completes, delivery releases and one final invoice is issued - born paid.
